We find that people who rent weekly or monthly take considerably more care of the scooter, as for most riders it’s their way to make an income.
If you do require daily hire, we have a good alliance with other hire companies that can assist you. Just reach out to us.
Every single one of our scooters was purchased brand new in 2019/2020. We are pedantic with their presentation and ensure they look immaculate at all times. All photos you see on the website are of our own rental vehicles, not from Google.
Renting a scooter
A $250 security bond is payable for all rentals, prior to commencing the hire term. The $50 booking deposit is deducted from the $250 security bond, leaving $200 plus the first weeks hire payable upon pickup.
Subsequent hire payments will be processed automatically every 7 days at 12 am that day.
For insurance and maintenance purposes we allow vehicles to be ridden within a 50km radius of the rental location.
Exceptions to this must be made prior and there may be additional fees to cover increased insurance costs.
Passengers are not allowed on our 50cc models under any circumstances.
If you have the appropriate motorcycle licence, you may carry a passenger on our 110cc+ models.
Yes, once we confirm your dates with you we send you a $50 booking deposit invoice – this is refundable when returning the scooter.
Payment must be made within 4 hours of receiving the invoice. Non-payment will result in booking cancellation.
If you cancel within 48hrs prior to the booking or do not show up, there will be no refund. Cancellations must be made in writing.
If you are more than 30 minutes late to any scheduled appointment, we will consider your booking cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.
Our Hire Agreement is provided in person upon collecting the scooter. We go through the entire document with you and ensure you understand all terms. We do this to prevent competitors stealing our intellectual property.
50cc Scooters are factory rated for 50 km/hr.
The 110cc+ scooters will comfortably travel at 90-100 km/hr and are recommended for short to medium distances i.e 20-40km.
For longer distances of 50km+ we recommend touring scooters 300cc+ or an equivalent motorcycle.
7 Days minimum hire.
We only accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
We do not accept cash.
In Queensland, a valid car OR motorcycle licence is required for our 50cc scooters.
For any scooter/motorcycle above 50cc, a valid motorcycle licence is required .
International licences are welcome, as long as they are issued in English or have an English translation with them.

We do ask your level of competence with riding a scooter and if you declare or we deem you too inexperienced to ride, we may refuse to hire the scooter to you. This is for your safety and the safety of others around you.
If we believe you are not experienced/confident enough, we may refuse to hire you a scooter.

Third Party Property Damage cover is included with all scooters.
Comprehensive cover is available from an additional $10 /week. This is strongly recommended.
You are responsible for paying for any damage that occurs to our scooter whilst it is in your possession.
Replacement of the scooter is payable by you if it was stolen whilst in your possession during the rental period (if you do not purchase Comprehensive insurance). If Comprehensive insurance is purchased, the applicable insurance excess will be payable.

Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) is self explanatory.
Damage caused to the scooter is NOT covered with this.
Comprehensive insurance (if purchased) will cover both the damage to the scooter and to the Third Party.
An insurance excess is payable on all claims, this amount varies depending on the riders age.
For any damage caused to the scooter, i.e being dropped. These repairs usually cost less than the insurance excess and are therefor to be paid in full by the you (the rider) once the damage has been assessed by us.

Yes, if you require these documents we will provide a copy of the registration and insurance (with your name on it) to allow you to register for Uber Eats or Menulog
This is only once you have completed all necessary paperwork and made payment.
We work with all current food delivery companies operating in Queensland. You’re welcome to use our scooters to carry out these services.

This is only once you have completed all necessary paperwork and made payment of booking deposit.
If you decide to not take the scooter once these documents have been issued to you, no refund will be allowed.
During a rental
We only permit the use of Premium 95 & 98 unleaded petrol in all of our scooters. This ensures reliability of the engines, keeping you on the road for longer.
Absolutely, if you give us 72hrs prior notice via email or SMS, we can approve and process the additional hire payment/s.
Ensure you obtain contact details of all parties involved and collect as much information as possible.
Also give your contact details to all relevant persons involved and any authorities that request them.
If any vehicles require towing, the Police are required to be notified.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
In QLD, you cannot park anywhere where there is a solid yellow line marked. The scooter will get towed otherwise, this will cost you $$$.
Always look for parking signs and the applicable hours they display.
Parking inspectors are everywhere at all times, don’t risk parking illegally.

Depending on the type of puncture/damage incurred will dictate whether it can be repaired or the tyre has to be replaced.
All costs associated with this are the responsibility of the person hiring the scooter at the time.
Depending on the type of break down, we will offer to assist you as best we can. If the scooter has malfunctioned through no fault of your own, we will organise a replacement scooter as soon as possible (if available).
If the bike was stolen whilst in your possession, you will be liable for paying for the replacement of the scooter. Alternatively, if you have elected for Comprehensive insurance, the applicable insurance excess will be payable.
If the scooter is recovered, any damage incurred to the scooter you will be liable to pay for. If an insurance excess has been paid, depending on the repairs required, you may be refunded the difference.
Our 50cc models are strictly prohibited from all motorways and toll roads. Penalties from law enforcement will apply and the scooter may be withdrawn if found travelling on these roads.
Our 110cc+ models are allowed on toll roads and motorways, providing they are ridden in a safe manner. If you don’t have your own eTag, all tolls will incur our $5 admin fee for each occurrence.

After the rental
Ensure the vehicle is returned completely clean, top to bottom.
Also, remember to fill up the tank with petrol upon return as well.
Doing these will avoid any additional fees being charged.
Depending on the conditions in the Hire Agreement being met, bond refunds will occur within 5-7 business days of the scooter being returned.
